As promised NRPA is hereby providing you with an explanation of the objection process including a template for the objection form for the 2025 Municipal Valuation Roll. We plan on holding an in person information session in the first week of April.
As you will have found out by now, many Noordhoek homeowners are facing significant valuation increases. While this is to be expected given the general increase in commercial property values in Noordhoek, the seemingly erratic differences in valuations and increases (from 0 to 135%) across properties of similar footprint, location and plot sizes is certainly odd and a reason for concern.
The enclosed document is meant to support members in their objection process, should they choose to go down this route.
