Urgent Communication – Property Valuations
We apologise for late communication about the current Property Valuation Process but we did not receive any official communication ourselves.
We are checking whether the issue is that we may have had our valuations sent to our physical addresses which would of course explain, with no postal delivery to homes in Noordhoek, why we have not received notifications. Other suburbs have received notifications via their physical addresses, even if they receive monthly electronic rates bills via email.

Please note that the you can also visit the Council Chambers at Fish Hoek (next to the Library) to see hard copies. Open 19/02/2016 to 29/04/2016 from 08:15-15:45 except 14/03 and 18/03. Closed weekends and public holidays.
Also note that you may have to look up your Noordhoek property starting with Cape Farms – then the erf number e.g. Cape Farms Erf 932/30. A search of just the erf number may not bring up your details.
