NRPA – Planning Session with Ossie Gonsalves

In May, the NRPA EXCO met with Ossie Gonsalves, District Manager Planning – Southern District, The City of Cape Town, to ask him some questions. Attached is a copy of our questions and his responses. We draw your attention specifically to questions 4, 5, 6 and 14.
We are still trying to understand this area. We are working on fine-tuning our own procedure when asked to comment on Planning related applications and objections. Please understand that the NRPA EXCO view is only one view, of a number of views, taken into consideration when decisions are made.
