Dear Noordhoek resident
The Noordhoek Ratepayers Association (NRPA) and Noordhoek Environmental Action Group (NEAG) has invited the Executive Mayor of Cape Town, Geordin Hill-Lewis to meet with your Exco to discuss concerns pertaining to the Noordhoek valley and surrounding communities.
Date: Monday 5th September 2022
Time: 18:30 to 20:30
Venue: Monkey Valley
We will present the Noordhoek 2030 vision as well as inform him of all the positive community initiatives that are currently taking place across our valley and to highlight our ongoing challenges. We will discuss how we need Local Government’s support such as dealing with the effects of climate change, protecting our local natural environment / biodiversity and the pressures that planning development brings.
The NRPA and NEAG invite you to join us to meet the Mayor and get answers to the valley’s concerns. As the meeting is limited in time, we request that, should you want to specifically discuss something pertinent, you forward your question through to Bas Zuidberg on planning@nrpa.org.za by Thursday 1st September.
