It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that the Noordhoek Ratepayers Association shares the news of the passing of our previous Chairman, friend, and lifelong advocate for Noordhoek, Brad Bing.

Brad was not only a dedicated leader of the NRPA, but he was also the very soul of our community. A lifelong resident of Noordhoek, Brad’s love for this place and its people ran deep. His care, compassion, and tireless commitment to preserving the spirit and beauty of Noordhoek was something truly extraordinary — unmatched and unforgettable.

Brad led with humility, strength, and an unwavering belief in the power of community. He gave his time generously, always putting the needs of Noordhoek and its people first. Whether it was in meetings, at local events, Brad’s presence was one of kindness, wisdom, and quiet strength.

To his beloved wife and two sons, we extend our heartfelt condolences. Your loss is immense, and we grieve with you. Please know that Brad’s legacy will forever live on in the valleys, beaches, and hearts of Noordhoek. We thank you for sharing him with us.

To Brad, thank you. Thank you for everything you gave — your time, your voice, your heart. Noordhoek is better because of you, and we will never forget what you stood for.
